12 Jul 2005 I think the 'second copy' that Dranalis is talking about is probably the Nymph Cloak, which does the same thing as Algernon's. You can acquire in the city of Baldur's Gate (coincidentally right around the time you can give Algernon's cloak away to finish a 'fetch' quest). Felinoid, Jul 13, 2005.
Is 60 in pickpocketing plenty to lift Algernon's cloak? I do want the cloak. So if the pickpocket fails I'll have to wax him.
Overview This district contains some of the city's tougher quests, so we recommend leaving it for last. The points of interest are Degrodel's house, the Helm and Cloak inn, and Entar Silvershield's estate, which is a real must-visit for any thief! There's also some good loot all around this area so keep your eyes peeled.
